Deerwoods is a full service real estate and property management company located in central Denver, Colorado. Founded in January of 2003, Deerwoods began operations with 10 residential properties under management. Over the past 20+ years Deerwoods has grown to manage more than 100 residential properties; 65 multi-unit apartment buildings (exceeding 1400 units); as well as more than 150,000 sq ft of industrial warehouse space, retail centers and multi-tenant trucking terminals.

As the company has grown, Deerwoods has also become an established consultant (construction management, property management, branding) for numerous projects, fully managing the process of repositioning assets. Our foremost responsibilities are to ensure the safety of our tenants and the protection of our owner's assets. Our management philosophy is simple: Treat every property as if it was our own. We strive to maximize value within the planned period of ownership, increase an asset's desirability as well as facilitate the smooth operation of the property.
