1. What is your application process for residential rentals?
Deerwoods charges a non-refundable application fee of $35.00 for residential rentals. This amount helps pay for a background check which includes civil, credit, and criminal background checks.
Applications will only be processed after receiving a signed copy of the application as well as the application fee.
Application's submitted via fax and scanned copies of the application sent via e-mail are acceptable.
Application fee must be in the form of a cashier's check, money order, or cash. We will not accept personal checks, however, we do accept payments made through PayPal.

2. Where are you located?
We are located at 740 Lipan St. in Denver, Colorado.
3. Who do I contact in case of an emergency?
Contact your local police in the event of a true emergency. Otherwise, contact the Deerwoods office at (303) 756-3300.
4. Who do I contact for things like noise complaints, and other problems with neighbors?
Call the non-emergency number for your local police.

6. Do I need to fill out an application?
YES. Everyone over the age of 18 who plan to live in the unit MUST fill out an application.
